Moelfryn Caravan Park is a small family run park approximately 1000 feet above sea level in a setting of outstanding natural beauty overlooking the valley of the River Teifi.

This is an ideal location for exploring the beauty of West Wales or you can just relax in peace with panoramic views surrounding you.

Moelfryn Caravan Park has level pitches, pets are welcome - but dogs must be kept on lead.

At Moelfryn Caravan Park we take pride and pleasure in running and maintaining the park and amenities which are kept clean and tidy throughout. We endeavour to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable.

OUT AND ABOUT

The park is situated between the counties of Cardigan and Carmarthen in Wales UK. Newcastle Emlyn is the local town, approximately 3 miles away. A small picturesque market town that has a lot to offer visitors. There are several unique shops, very good places to eat out, banks, supermarkets and a host of local crafts to explore.

Together with an ancient castle and river walks for the whole family to enjoy the leisure centre offers a well equipped gym, squash courts and fitness suits etc. accompanied by an indoor swimming pool.

You can sample traditional Welsh foods and explore culture or, just relax and have fun on some of the beautiful sandy beaches. Often Dolphins are seen at Munt Beach. It is a beautiful safe sandy beach trapping the sun.

Other attractions include: ? Coracle Centre (Cenarth) ? Oakwood Theme Park (Pembrokeshire) ? Dry Ski Slopes (Llangranog) ? Teify Valley Railway (Henllan) ? National Botanic Gardens (Carmarthen) ? Iron Age Fort (Castle Henllan) ? Open Canoe Trips (Cilgerran Gorge).

Well worth a visit is the Millennium Coastal Park which occupies approximately 10 miles of coastline on the Burry Estuary. The park runs adjacent to the towns of Llanelli and Burry Port, the park offers superb views along its length of the Gower Peninsula. The Gower was the first designated area of outstanding natural beauty in the UK.

The Coastal Park offers many unique features including a continuous traffic-free cycle/footpath, the National Wetlands Centre for Wales, and a championship links golf course. Burry Port and Pembre harbour's plus Millennium Quay and the Discovery Centre.

DIRECTIONS:

Take the A484 from Carmarthen to Cynwyl Elfed. Pass the Blue Bell Inn on your right - take left fork approximately 200 yards onto B4333 towards Hermon. Keep on this road for 7 miles. As you start winding down the hill you will see a brown sign with 1/4 mile on your left. Take this turn on your left and we are 1/4 mile on the right.
