Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park

Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park is just on the outskirts of historic St.Andrews, which is, of course, the Home of Golf. St Andrews is also the home of the oldest Scottish university and many fine buildings. The city itself is a pleasant place to roam, almost every corner and street can tell a tale especially if you dare to take the evening "ghost walk"!

You can still find the more traditional style of shops in most parts of Scotland, and here in St Andrews and the rest of Fife you will find little exception. Wherever you wander, we are sure you will like what you see and you will be impressed by our hospitality.

CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOME RENTAL

Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park offer two types of caravan holiday homes.

The Brecon Lodge, (4 Star Self-Catering) and the Tay Caravan are centrally heated, double glazed, and furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. This even includes the bed linen and towels. Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park is particularly popular with golfers visiting St.Andrews and surrounding golf courses, and for families visiting this area and looking for a good base to explore the local countryside and attractions. Although we normally rent our Holiday Homes out on a weekly basis, part week bookings (out of peak periods only) are sometimes available, but only in our Tay caravans. We can only offer and book these holiday home short breaks 14 days before your required date.

TOURING PITCHES

All of Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park's 54 touring pitches have individual hard standings and 16 amp (blue) electrical hook-ups, most have an individual water tap and waste water drain. There is space to park one car alongside your pitch and there is more parking available on the main car park.

For those seeking even more comfort we also we have 'Patio Pitches'. Each has its own lockable private summerhouse (with 13amp socket), a picnic table and four chairs. Some of these pitches are individually screened on three sides by ornamental bushes or trees. Patio pitches are suitable for motorhomes and touring caravans only. Sorry we are unable to accept tents on these pitches.

Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park also have a small amount of pitches suitable for 2 man tents only. Parking is allowed alongside these tents.Tent pitches have a 16amp (blue) electrical hook-up and a water tap is also provided. Sorry we are unable to accept tent bookings until 9am on the day of arrival.

Our well-appointed, heated amenity block is provided for tourers and tenters.
