Camping & Caravanning

Our flat, sheltered camp site is the ideal location for both tents and touring caravans and we have purpose-built toilet and shower blocks on site. We are open from 1st May until 31st October.

The Bunkhouse provides cosy accommodation for up to 15 people (in 3 bedrooms) and individuals are able to hire a bed - or the entire bunkhouse subject to availability.

Bellingham and the campsite and bunkhouse are only a short journey from the many activities on offer at Kielder Water and the World Heritage Site of Hadrian's Wall. We offer a convenient and scenic stop off point for walkers and cyclists participating in the Reivers Coast to Coast or Pennine Way.

The campsite boasts 30 pitches of which 13 have electricity hook-ups, a clean & modern ladies and gents toilet and hot shower blocks imaginatively developed within one of the traditional stone buildings and surrounded by a quaint cobble yard. Dishwashing facilities and a wide range of local attraction information are situated in the blocks which are located on the outskirts of the working farm buildings.

Being situated on a working farm gives the visitor the chance to observe the daily goings-on on the farm, meet the farmer (ask any questions you want - he's used to it!) and see some of the animals. Our flock of free-range hens are ever inquisitive and a big favourite with visitors old and young alike.

The campsite is located around 100 yards from the village of Bellingham, although you'd never realize it as the place has a tranquility all of its own. This central location means that you are never very far from local shops, restaurants, pubs, tourist information centres and tea-rooms meaning walkers and cyclists following the Pennine Way or the Reiver Coast to Coast routes have somewhere to fuel up on their doorstep.

Dogs are welcome on the site but we would ask all owners to be responsible and in control of their pets at all time.

Our bunkhouse offers comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 15 people in 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are all named after the surrounding hills:

All of the bedrooms are finished to a high standard with comfort in mind and feature hand-made oak bunk beds with comfortable quality mattresses and complete with all bed linen.

Each of the rooms has their own coin-operated convector heaters ensuring the rooms are warm and cosy at all times.
