Exclusively for adults, Emral Gardens Caravan Park in Wrexham is set ideally as a hideaway site. It is located next to a restored lily pond in the old gardens of the former Emral Hall which dates back to the 12th century. The site is surrounded by a stud farm of 200 acres.
Though the magnificent house of Emral Hall, which was one of the grandest in Wales, no longer remains much of the surrounding estate remains intact and is full of interesting features to observe. The site is partly surrounded by woodland with views across fields of horses and sheep. It makes the perfect place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing break.
Emral Gardens Caravan Park in Wrexham, have 20 luxury pitches with gravel hard standings, 16 amp electrical hook-up points, fresh drinking water hook-ups, grey waste water disposal and Sky and Digital TV hook-up points. Positioned near the pitches are toilet and shower facilities as well as a chemical disposal point. There is a washing-up area and launderette provided in the nearby “Hut”. They now feature Wi-Fi throughout the park.
Their aim is conservation and creating a pleasant environment for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The woods and surrounding areas provide delightful walks where you sure to see some of the abundant wildlife. You can see many historic dog graves, many of hounds that were kennelled at Emral.
Emral Gardens Caravan Park makes a perfect base for exploring North Wales and the Border counties. When you stay the Welsh mountains and valleys with their magnificent scenery will be on your doorstep. There are numerous places of interest within easy driving distance of the park.
Tourists have enjoyed taking a horse-drawn barge trip on the Llangollen Canal during their stay in the past.
