Located on a beautiful, level, 6 acre site, Wheal Rose Caravan and Camping Park is situated in a secluded valley in central Cornwall. The area is great for walkers and cyclists because it is surrounded by Cornish lanes, and the Portreath Tram runs parallel to the site.

Wheal Rose Caravan and Camping Park is situated in an unspoiled, low development area where guests will find plenty of peace and quiet. Just 2 miles away is the lovely sandy beach of Porthtowan, and 6 miles away is the city of Truro.

The site welcomes tents, caravans and motor caravans and offers 50 all-weather pitches that are up to 11 metres in size. All of these pitches feature electric hook-up points. They also have 6 hard standings. The site also offers 5-berth caravans and 6-berth static caravans for hire.

The resident owners, the Reynolds family, do their best to make their park a welcoming, clean and safe holiday venue where your family can enjoy either short or long stays.

The site is ideal for families. Traffic speed is restricted and there is an excellent large play area to keep the children amused. A Swimmng Pool and Games Room are among other facilities.

There is a small shop on site for those little things you need urgently.

Wheal Rose Caravan and Camping Park have  a new toilet and shower block that they keep spotless and clean. It features hot showers that are free and shaver points near each sink. They also have hair dryers available. The block is conveniently near to all pitches.

STATIC CARAVANS FOR HIRE

Type A - 3 Bedroom Static Caravan, 2 Twins & 1 Double, Pets allowed @ £2 per pet per night. Facilities: FreeView TV, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, electric and gas heating, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, shower, hand wash basin, separate WC and hand wash basin.

Type B- 2 Bedroom Static Caravan, 1 Twin & 1 Double, No Pets. Facilities: FreeView TV, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, electric and gas heating, gas cooker, fridge, shower, hand wash basin, WC.
