Broadleigh Farm Park

Broadleigh Farm Park is a Caravan Club certificated site that is set in the countryside. They are near to Torbay and the River Dart. A working farm, Broadleigh Farm Park covers 400 acres of land. They have 15 acres of cider apple orchards from which the park creates its own scrumpy cider.

They have 3 separate fields that caravans can pitch in. Their main site can accommodate 80 pitches. They also have a rally field that can accommodate 50 pitches. The rally field has its own separate service block. The 2 fields are linked in an L shape but they are kept separate by some traditional Devon hedges.

The park provides hot showers, hot and cold washing facilities, flush WC, disabled facilities, baby changing facilities and a chemical disposal point. There are cold water taps set near the pitches.

WiFi (there is a small charge) is now available and there is a small onsite shop.

Broadleigh Farm Park makes an excellent base for exploring South Devon. They are set halfway between Paignton and Totnes. The local area has plenty of places where you can enjoy great walks. A short 30 minute drive will take you to Dartmoor which is a vast area of countryside where guests can enjoy solitude.

There are a number of beaches nearby that are safe for children and there are also several small bays and rocky coves. Nearby is Stoke Gabriel which has a shop, pubs and a post office. You can also see the River Dart there. Guests can also venture to Paignton, Brixham and Torquay which all have several restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to drive a little further you can visit Plymouth and Exeter.

CARAVAN STORAGE

We also have caravan storage facilities. This can be arranged on a year to year basis, or just a summer storage option.
