Llwyn Bugeilydd is a campsite that accommodates caravans, tents and motor homes. This pleasant campsite features a modern shower block that includes shave points, hair dryer points, separate sinks for clothes and cutlery and plenty of free hot water.

Llwyn Bugeilydd Caravan & Camping Site is the second nearest campsite to Criccieth, which visitors can reach along the B4411. There visitors can find the golf club, shops, sandy beaches and a 13th century castle.

The site is level and has a good wide tarmac entrance. It is set in 52 acres of farmland that are sheltered to the north by mountains and Snowdonia National Park. The site is very quiet and away from traffic noise. From the main gate visitors can reach the regular bus service. Pets are allowed and there is a separate dog exercise field next to the site.

The site features 40 pitches for tourers, motor homes and tents, all with electric hook-ups (16amps). The facilities include toilets, showers, a chemical disposal point, dishwashing and a children's play area. The grass is cut very short and the facilities are kept extremely clean.

Nearby visitors will find a food shop, bar and pub, restaurant, takeaway food, laundrette, tennis courts, fishing, a golf course, horse riding, a sandy beach and a not sandy beach.

DIRECTIONS:

From the A55 take the A487 through Caernarfon, then just past Bryncir turn right onto the B4411. Drive for 3.5 miles until you see Llwyn Bugeilydd on the left.

From Porthmadog drive along the A497 to Criccieth. Turn right in the centre onto the B4411 and drive for one mile until you see Llwyn Bugeilydd on the right.
