For more than 40 years Oakdown Holiday Caravan Park in Devon has been carefully fashioned by the Franks Family, from the open Devonshire meadowland to its current multi award winning standard. No straight lines here, just gentle curves, spacious groves, seclusion, privacy and peace and quiet.

Situated close to Sidmouth, we are the area’s only AA 5 Pennant Park. CAMPING AND TOURING

Oakdown Touring and Holiday Caravan Park welcomes guests with touring caravans, motor caravans, tents, trailer tents and folding campers. Guests can choose between a non-serviced pitch, a serviced pitch or a super serviced pitch.

They take great care in allocating pitches in order to satisfy all of every guest's needs. Remember to book in advance if you have any particular requirements.

All of their pitches are landscaped into groves, and there are thousands of trees and shrubs on the site. Each pitch is level, closely mown and very generous in size. You have room to park next to your unit. Every pitch has electric hook-ups, and 3 groves feature self-contained super pitches that include water, electric hook-up and drainage.

Oakdown Touring and Holiday Caravan Park has been known for a long time as a retreat for discerning lovers of the countryside. They are set amongst the wonderful coast and countryside of the Jurassic Coast. The park is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Nearby is the lovely Weston Valley, much of the coastal path and National Trust property. In the local area guests will find an abundance of wildlife, peaceful beaches, history and geology.

The park makes a great base for exploring the area. Nearby are unspoiled, ancient villages including Branscombe and Sidbury, which are set in secluded valleys. In these villages, olde worlde pubs will serve you excellent meals, and quaint, thatched tea rooms will give you wonderful cream teas.
