Red Deer Village Holiday Park is conveniently situated on the doorstep of Glasgow, just off the A80, one of Scotland's arterial routes to the North. The park is also easily accessed by those without motor transport by rail and bus from Glasgow.

This level and spacious site is ideal for anyone looking for the ideal base for a holiday in and around West Central Scotland or as a stopover for a few days whilst touring. The park is an excellent base for Glasgow and surrounding areas with access to all major road/rail links.

Since the owners purchased Red Deer Village Holiday Park in 2004 they have upgraded the touring park from a 3-star grading to a 5-star grading from Visit Scotland. The park entrance has been re-developed with new entrance wall built using specially sourced 200 year old sandstone, with added security gates and CCTV monitoring. John, Ivan and their staff look forward to welcoming you personally.

For those on the move, Red Deer Village Holiday Park caters for tents, motor-caravans and touring caravans. Should you wish to make your stay a little longer, chalets or our beautifully fitted holiday homes area available to rent, both fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay (towels not included).

Red Deer Village Holiday Park’s touring caravan and camping areas are of the highest standard. For caravans there are hardstanding or grass areas, both fully equipped with electric hook-up. Facilities on-site are modern, clean and well maintained. Two sets of well equipped toilets and shower blocks feature showers, constant hot water, hairdryer and shaver points. Drinking water taps are situated around the Park for convenience.

The launderette has all washing and drying facilities, plus iron and ironing board. Additionally, there are chemical toilet disposal points, disabled toilets, family room with baby changing facilities, dish washing sinks and a payphone.

For those who wish to cater for themselves, there is a well-stocked shop within 5 minutes walking distance, with a local supermarket just 10 minutes away and a 24 hour ASDA and Morrisons approx 2.5 miles away. Calor and camping gas can be purchased on site. Should you prefer, there is a wide selection of hotels and restaurants, including Italian, Chinese and Indian, all within a 2 mile radius of the park.

Chalets and Holiday Homes

When you walk into a fully furnished luxury holiday home, straight away you will get the impression of comfort and quality, feel relaxed and ready to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped with everything you need, including flat screen digital tv with dvd, bedding, crockery, cutlery etc. Full gas central heating, double glazing to ensure that you can enjoy a stay with us no matter the time of year or weather. Available to sleep 1-8 people comfortably.

Chalets are an excellent alternative to our holiday homes, also fully equipped and including TV’s in lounge and all bedrooms (in selected units), bedding, crockery, cutlery etc and with gas central heating and double glazing. Available to sleep 1-4 people comfortably.

Also available are static caravans, these are ideal if you are working in the Glasgow area, whether it be short or long term. Also fully equipped with all you need. Available to sleep 1-4 people.

All of our units are supplied with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide monitor, fire blanket and fire extinguisher which are all inspected on a monthly basis to ensure your safety.

Whilst at Red Deer Village Holiday Park we want you to get the most of your stay and although we have listed many beautiful and interesting places to visit in West Central Scotland there are also many local amenities and services that you may wish to take advantage of and our friendly and helpful staff would be delighted to share their knowledge with you when you come to visit.
