Located in an amazing coastal location with a beautiful backdrop of the Galloway Hills, Mossyard Caravan Park is set on a working farm and  Visit Scotland has awarded the park a 4-Star rating.

Mossyard offers luxury coastal cottages and lodges which are available for holidays and short breaks all year round and the touring and camping park is open from April to October. The park commands stunning views over Fleet Bay and the Murray Isles and has everything you need for a relaxing break.

TOURING AND CAMPING

Mossyard Caravan Park can accommodate touring caravans, tents and motor homes.

The grass pitches are situated around the perimeter of two large grassy areas – the top field and lower field – both have easy access to safe and sandy beaches, which are perfect for swimming and sailing.

The top field offers wonderful views overlooking Fleet Bay and is closer to the laundry and shower facilities situated at the farm steading.  The lower field is situated right next to the sea and you couldn’t get closer to the beach if you tried. There are additional dishwashing & toilet facilities on the lower field. All of the pitches have 16 amp electric hook ups.

SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION

With a choice of eight self catering properties there is something to suit everyone.  The cottages and lodges are located just a short walk from the sandy beaches and they all have wonderful sea views.  The static caravans - Konkers & Pebbles - have partial sea views and like all the other properties the beach isn’t far away!

In all the properties there are all the comforts you need for a truly relaxing break.  There are a large selection of DVD’s, books and games for your entertainment and a welcome basket of local produce will await you on arrival.  Mossyard Caravan Park pride themselves in providing you with the highest quality equipment, the finest cotton bed linen and luxurious towels – all the small touches that will make your holiday perfect.

Mossyard Caravan Park is set in a National Scenic Area on the edge of the magnificent Galloway Forest Park and is in an ideal area for walking, cycling or fishing holidays. The hills behind Gatehouse of Fleet provide a perfect opportunity not only for hill walking or mountain biking but also for bird and wild life enthusiasts.
