Milestone is a five star multi award winning caravan park in the heart of Robin Hood Country.

Milestone Caravan Park has over 100 touring pitches with a mixture of level grass and all-weather surfaces. A majority of their pitches have the added privacy of being screened by shrubs and borders. The park's open plan design helps to create a spacious feeling. All of the pitches are generously proportioned.

This award-winning park has a variety of facilities. They feature 2 heated toilet blocks, a toilet and shower room that is equipped for the disabled, a laundry room and washing-up rooms. They have water points situated around the site. All of the site's pitches have 16 amp electrical hook-ups.

Milestone Caravan Park is located in the village of Cromwell. The park makes an excellent base for exploring parts of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and North East Leicestershire.

They try to cater for all types of anglers at their site, from family fishermen up to more seasoned anglers. Their on-site lake is well-stocked with carp, tench, perch, roach, rudd and bream which means there is a wide variety to catch. Those that prefer more specialist lakes will find 2 in the village and the park is just a short drive away from the famous River Trent which provides excellent fishing.

DIRECTIONS

From the North A1:

If you are heading down from the north on the A1, we are about 7miles south of Markham Moor service area. Around 1mile past the "Carlton & Kneesall" turn. Take the exit marked 'Cromwell' & Dolls Museum'at the top of the bridge turn right, over the bridge and then right again at the bottom, and then we are 150yds on the left

From the South A1:

Once you reach Newark we are about 5miles further on the A1. After the 5miles you will see a 'BP' Petrol station on this side of the road just before it you will see a slip road and a sign that says 'Cromwell' & 'Gravel Works' take the slip-road and follow the road all the way through the village roughly 150yds past the brewery on the left.

Some sat-nav's do get confused when they get into the village, so it's best to follow our instructions once you get close.
