Upwood Holiday Park

Located close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Upwood Holiday Park is a family owned site that has wonderful panoramic views over the pretty surrounding countryside.

Upwood Holiday Park is a great centre from which to explore the area either by foot or by car. Just a mile away from the site is the Brontë village of Howarth which is full of shops, galleries, cafes, inns, museums and restaurants. Both the Worth Valley steam railway and the Pennine Way are close for walkers. Nearby are several picturesque villages including Oxenhope, Wycoller, Hebden Bridge and Stanbury.

The park is licensed for touring caravans, tents, camping pods, motor caravans, static holiday homes and residential homes. Tourers can benefit from electric hook-ups, hard standings, seasonal pitches and storage.

You can access the site's Wireless Internet Service at the bar and in the reception area for those that want to keep in touch. Facilities include a friendly bar with live music on Saturdays and great drink offers. They serve food on the weekends and during busy holiday periods.

Upwood Holiday Park features both indoor and outdoor children's play areas. They are both unsupervised and the site recommends that you supervise your children at all times as the use the play equipment.

There are numerous moorland paths from the park. They are ideal for taking your dog on a walk. Those that don't want to walk can take a bus or a taxi from the park's entrance.

Situated off the A629 Keighley to Halixfax road. It is recommended that caravans come in via the Flappit pub, B6144, Blackmoor Road is first left after 0.75 miles. Upwood is approximately one mile on the left.
