Occupying 5 acres near the banks of the Great Ouse, Quiet Waters Caravan Park is a quiet, peaceful park that caters for touring caravans, motor homes and tents. They also offer luxury caravans for hire up to 6-berth with two separate bedrooms with parking available alongside them. They have four caravans that feature views overlooking the river and the rest of the caravans have park views.
The site has high quality toilet and shower facilities as well as a laundry room that is equipped to a very high standard. They also have a residential mobile home park that features 35 retirement homes that come with all amenities.

Quiet Waters Caravan Park offers angling and boating facilities. They have rowing boats for hire from their own banks. There are country walks and cycling routes that lead from the park. Within 1 mile of the site there is a golf course.
Guests can visit the delightful village of Hemingford Abbots which contains lovely thatched cottages and which is dominated by St. Margaret's Church. Just a short walk away from the park there is a local Inn that provides high quality meals and service. The village has a new hall that hosts many attractions during the summer months. Every 2 years there is flower festival that is a major event for the villagers.
