Situated in a quiet Norfolk village, Little Lakeland Caravan Park is a wonderfully landscaped touring caravan and holiday home park that is set beside a well-stocked fishing lake.

TOURING PITCHES

Little Lakeland Caravan Park offers guests a wonderfully landscaped park of 4 acres that is set beside a lake. They have arranged the site so that each caravan is given an individual pitch that is spacious and surrounded by hedging. Every pitch has its own dustbin and is within easy reach of water tap. All pitches feature 10 amp electrical hook-ups.

HOLIDAY HOMES

Little Lakeland Caravan Park has a number of privately owned holiday homes on the park. If you want to purchase your own holiday home they would be happy to discuss the matter with you.

FISHING

Their coarse fishing lake has bream, tench, roach, perch and carp. The lake can only be used by those staying on Little Lakeland Caravan Park. They do not allow visitors to fish on their lake. They allow up to 2 rods per person with a maximum of 4 rods per caravan. They do not allow the use of keepnets or groundbait and they discourage the use of excessive bait. You must return all fish to the water without delay. They only allow the use of barbless or microbarbed hooks.

LOCALITY

Little Lakeland Caravan Park is set on the Norfolk and Suffolk border 20 miles in from the coast. Just 30 minutes away from the site is the historic city of Norwich and you can reach Ipswich, the county town of Suffolk in 45 minutes. Just 20 minutes away The Norfolk Broads start at Beccles. Within walking distance of the site there are 2 pubs, both of which serve food. Only 2 miles away is the small town of Harleston which has a weekly market and a wide variety of shops. In 12 miles you can reach the market town of Diss.

Wortwell, Harleston and Bungay have way-marked walks and cycle routes for those that are energetic. Just 5 minutes away there is an excellent indoor swimming pool.

You can reach the bright lights of Great Yarmouth within 20 miles. South of the fishing port of Lowestoft is the Suffolk Heritage Coast and the nice seaside resort of Southwold.
