Nestled in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Fishguard Bay Resort is a true haven of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Boasting a suite of accommodation types including roomy static caravans and luxury lodges with hot tubs, the Resort is a long standing favourite for tourers, campers and Glampers alike. Our generously sized pitches all have electric hook-ups and are beautifully appointed in various locations across the site.

Recent arrivals on the resort are cute and cozy glamping pods sleeping up to four, equipped with flatscreen TV, BBQ and an outdoor eating area.

The famed Pembrokeshire Coast Path meanders its way through our site, and the views are quite simply unrivalled along the North Pembrokeshire coast. 360 coastal views await visitors to the site, most of whom return year after year.

A favourite of our camping visitors is our exceptionally maintained conveniences and amenities. There is our licensed on-site shop which sells freshly made Pizza and coffees, breads and pastries, in addition to all manner of grocery products and camping goods. There is a communal lounge and games room, and all guests to our site have access to free WiFi.

Fishguard Bay is situated between, and just a short drive to the charming fishing villages of Fishguard and Newport, where you will find plenty of traditional pubs and restaurants.

New to the resort is our Decleor ‘Pamper Pod’, where you can enjoy one of a suite of aromatherapies and soak up the glorious views.

The park offers superb scenery. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path goes right through the middle of it, enabling you to enjoy walking in either direction along the unspoiled coast line. Fishguard Harbour is across the bay. You can watch the Fishguard Ferry as it leaves for Ireland.

Touring caravans, motor homes and tents have areas set aside for them that are mostly level or just slightly sloping. They are well-drained grasslands that afford excellent sea views. There are plenty of electric hook-ups, water taps and refuse points and there is also a chemical disposal point provided.

No matter which pitch you choose you will be near clean and well-maintained amenities. You are sure to receive a friendly welcome at the reception which is situated inside of the site's shop. The shop is open throughout the entire season but the hours vary at different times of the year. The store sells all of the essentials.

The site has heated shower and toilet rooms with underfloor heating. The dishwashing room includes a microwave oven and a freezer for your ice packs.

All hot water supplied in showers, washbasins and dishwashing sinks is free as is the use of the microwave oven and freezer for ice packs.

The main building has an information room with maps and leaflets of attractions in the area. It also has a television in the lounge that is free to use and a launderette which includes a coin operated washing machine and a coin operated dryer. There is also a hand washing sink that has free hot water. There is also free use of the spin dryer and a nappy changing facility.

The site features a games room that has a pool table in it. It costs 20p per game. There are also some video games. There is a public telephone available in the games room too.

Fishguard Bay Resort includes a children's play area that has a long slide and swings with a safety surface underneath. The park is well fenced and hedged which makes it a safe place for children to enjoy themselves.

GLAMPING PODS FOR HIRE

The Glamping Pods offer camping without the fuss on front row plots affording totally uninterrupted Sea Views across the bay.

Sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 children (or small adults) the Glamping Pods have a double sofa bed and 2 bunks. Equipped with heating, fridge, tv, kettle and a table there is all you need inside. Outside there is a picnic table and BBQ for you to enjoy and as the Glamping Pods are positioned directly toward the sunset, what better way to spend an evening than watching the sun go down over the crystal blue waters of the Pembrokeshire coast?
