Turnberry Holiday Park

Turnberry Holiday Park is small, peaceful, and spectacularly located in Ayrshire on Scotland's west coast, just 300 metres from the nearest beaches. It provides caravan holidays in Scotland for holiday home owners and holidaymakers, with a wide range of modern mobile homes available to buy and rent.

The park has a variety of holiday accommodation catering for all types of breaks. The caravan holiday homes are practical, comfortable and brilliant value options.

There is a fleet of Original, Comfort or Luxury models - all of them have comfy bedrooms, modern kitchens and well equipped living and dining areas to make your stay everything you'd wish for. There are even 'dog-friendly' caravans - pets need a holiday too!

For those who need more space there is a chalet featuring three bedrooms, a kitchen / dining room and a shower room.

Facilities at Turnberry Holiday Park include a covered and heated pool, a bar and restaurant which plays host to live music and entertainment in the evenings, children's play areas and a small sauna and spa.

Ayrshire's beautiful landscape inspired Robert Burns, Scotland's national poet, and the region is famed for its range of impressive golf courses. Outdoor types will love the host of activities on offer locally, which include breathtaking walks and bike trails, trout and sea fishing.

There are many visitor attractions across the county and Castles and historic trails abound with many famous sites of interest and ruins to be explored and an abundance of family attractions and outdoor sports facilities.

History and heritage loom large with a list including the very splendid Culzean Castle, Dundonald Castle and other country parks and castles at Kelburn and Dean.

For the Burns enthusiast or even just the casual visitor a trip to the Burns National Heritage Park is a must. You can enjoy the audio-visual interpretation of Tam O'Shanter Experience before strolling along the road to visit Burns Cottage. Continue the experience with a visit to Souter Johnnie's Cottage or the Bachelor's Club.

For the family how about the Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Vikingar, Loudoun Castle Theme Park or experience a bit of industrial heritage at the Scottish Maritime Museum.

Family leisure centres include The Magnum, Galleon Leisure Centre and The Citadel in Ayr. Other outdoor and sporting facilities include the Newmilns Snow Centre which is about fifteen minutes from Kilmarnock and offers dry slope skiing and snowboarding facilities.
