North Morte Farm Caravan & Camping Park

North Morte Farm Caravan & Camping Park is a family-run site that is set in lovely countryside near National Trust land. Just 500 yards away is Rockham Beach. This coastline features many great beaches. Guests can visit small beaches that have rock pools and cliffs, or the larger Woolacombe, which has over 2 miles of golden sands.

The farm has direct access to the south-west coastal path. Just a 5-minute walk takes guests to the village of Mortehoe, which features pubs, shops, a post office and restaurants.

As well as the Camping and Touring Pitches, North Morte Farm Caravan & Camping Park offers 4, 6 and 8-berth caravans for hire. Each caravan comes fully equipped except for bed linin, which guests must bring themselves. The caravans have room to park two cars next to them. There are both hard standing and grass pitches for tourers and motor homes. You can get electric hook-up points if needed. Those who are bringing their tent will find that the site is a camper's paradise. Guests can choose their pitch when they arrive.

There are a variety of activities to enjoy in the local area. Guests can go fishing, golfing, horse riding, boating, cycling and walking.

There are also many places to visit. Some lovely villages include Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth and Arlington Court. There are many attractions in the area, such as Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle Borough Farm and Dartington Crystal. Guests can go to nearby Ilfracombe and take a boat ride to Lundy Island. Exmoor National Park is also nearby. DIRECTIONS:

From Barnstaple: Leave on the A361 signposted Ilfracombe. After ten miles, at Mullacott Cross roundabout take the first left signposted Mortehoe/Woolacombe. Two Miles later, take the right turn, signposted Mortehoe. Another two miles on, in Mortehoe village turn right at Post Office opposite car park, signposted The Lighthouse and our own brown sign. Our park is 500 yards on the left.
