Sandy Haven Camping Park
Sandy Haven Camping Park is a small waterside campsite set in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and only 1 minute to the beach from your pitch.
The park is open from Easter to first week of September so ideal for a Spring or Summer Holiday, particularly for families with children and for all who enjoy sailing, water skiing, canoeing walking, fishing and bird watching.
Sandy Haven Camping Park is an uncommercialised site and there are free showers and toilets but no electric hook-ups.
OUT AND ABOUT
• Herbrandston Village is just up the lane and has one inn with restaurant and bar meal menu. There is also a village Post Office and shop.
• Milford Haven is 4 miles away and has the historic docks and Marina, various leisure complexes including the Meads Sports Centre and swimming pool, Phoenix Bowl (10 pin bowling), the Torch Theatre as well as various shops.
• Little Haven is also 4 miles away. This charming village has several pubs and restaurants and is a good place for an evening meal and drink.
• Skomer Island is a marine nature reserve with seals and various birds that can be visited by boat.
• St Davids is the smallest city in the UK and has a magnificent cathedral.
• Tenby is within half an hour of Sandy Haven and whilst there you could visit Caldey Island.
• West Wales is a great area for surfing with favourite beaches being West Dale, Broadhaven and Newgale.
