Manor Farm Caravan Site

Manor Farm Caravan Site is a quiet, family-run site with spectacular views of the Axe Valley, one mile from Seaton. There are 13 terraced, electric pitches for caravans and motorhomes and an extra 15 pitches for tents. Plus there are over 200 Seasonal pitches which also offer winter storage.

The Seasonal Pitches all have fantastic views of Seaton bay and the Axe Valley. Manor Farm will level each caravan, build or extend every decking to fit your awning and bury your electric cable so it can be left permanently plugged in. We can also wash your caravan at the start of each season and erect your awning during or before your first visit. An annual gas check will also be carried out for your safety.

Manor Farm Caravan Site has two service blocks which house toilets, showers and the laundry facilities. There are also ironing facilities and 2 large washing-up sinks in each laundry room.

The on-site shop stocks a range of daily newspapers and magazines, hot pies, cakes and most daily food; everything for a BBQ and also many camping accessories

The enclosed children's playground, which can be viewed from around the site, has equipment for all ages, including swings, slides, seesaws, roundabouts and a small football pitch. There are also dog walking and picnic/BBQ areas.

The Pets Corner has a small flock of sheep, goats, free-range chicken, ducks and Shetland ponies. Children are very welcome to come and help feeding the animals, collecting eggs, bottle feeding the lambs and grooming our ponies and donkeys.

Manor Farm Caravan Site offers year round storage for your caravan, motor home or boat in a locked paddock just below our site shop. You can phone us anytime to book one of our level touring pitches and we will pull your van out of storage for you, set it up on the pitch and then put it away at the end of your holiday.

DIRECTIONS

Manor Farm Caravan Site is located just above Seaton, off the A3052 between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis - about 30 minutes drive from the M5 at Exeter. Exit the M5 at Junction 25 (Taunton); follow A358 to Chard, Axminster and Seaton, at Boshill Cross junction turn Right onto A3052 (towards Exeter), go over the tramlines and through Colyford. Drive up hill until you reach the Esso garage. Turn left into Seaton Down Hill (signposted Manor Farm), and you will find the turning for the site ¼ mile down the hill on the left.
