Grouse Hill Caravan Park & Camping

Grouse Hill Caravan Park is situated within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park on the A171 Whitby to Scarborough road - directly behind the Flask Inn.

The park faces South over a wooded valley to folds of heather covered moorland which provides a natural amphitheatre locally known as "Paradise". There is also a man-made lake and a woodland walk within the park.

Touring caravans, motor homes and tents are welcome and there are also Wigwams, a luxury holiday cottage and a static caravan for hire. The park is open from March to October.

Grouse Hill Caravan Park is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of the country. The bustling seaside towns of Whitby (8 miles) and Scarborough (12 miles) are close by, as is the picturesque village of Robin Hood's Bay (5 miles).

Situated in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park makes our caravan and camping park a prime location for the following outdoor activities:

Walking: Including The Cleveland Way and the Coast To Coast walk which are both nearby.

Cycling: Mountain Bikers are well catered for locally, whilst cycling along the old railway line offers spectacular views of the coastline.

Fishing: Both fresh water and sea fishing are well catered for in the area.
