Located just 2 miles from the beach at Scarborough, Jacobs Mount Caravan & Camping Park is an elevated family-run park that is surrounded by woodland and open countryside. The park is in a great location for exploring the National Park and the different attractions of Scarborough.

Jacobs Mount Caravan & Camping Park features security barriers and CCTV surveillance and is bordered by a nature reserve with lovely woodland walking paths. The park is near Peasholm Park and Scarborough which has pretty beaches and entertainment in the evening. Other nearby attractions include Betton children’s farm, bird sanctuary and the renowned Honey Farm.

CAMPING AND CARAVANNING

Jacobs Mount Caravan & Camping Park offers seasonal pitches on 140 of their serviced all weather touring pitches and 2 new camping areas. The site caters to tents, trailer tents, tourers and static caravans.

Each pitch has its own water, drain, electric hook-ups via a smart card payment and gravel hard standing as well as a small lawn. This is except tent only pitches.

The site’s pitches accept only up to a 4 person size tent.

HOLIDAY COTTAGES FOR HIRE

All our cottages are modern, purpose built self-contained units and offer:

• Lounge

• Kitchen diner

• Downstairs toilet with hand basin

• 2nd floor toilet with hand basin & shower

• 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 single)

Cottages sleep 4 persons, however two can sleep 6 by the use of a lounge sleeper/bed.

All cottages are centrally heated, allowing you to control your own temperature to create your very own home-from-home and include a full kitchen comprising:

• Microwave

• Full-size electric cooker

• Fridge

• TV

Each property has open space to the front providing plentiful parking and benefits from the site facilities.

OUT AND ABOUT

Scarborough’s lovely seafront, beaches and town centre are a short journey from Jacobs Mount. There are many popular attractions for all ages such as Peasholm Park, North Cliff Railway, The Sea Life Centre, Scarborough Castle, Scarborough Open Air Theatre and Stephen Joseph’s Theatre.

For the sporting Scarborough offers two superb golf courses, fishing a plenty and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Historic Whitby and the magnificent moors are close by, Robin Hoods Bay, Filey and Bridlington are just down the road. You can catch a ride on the beautiful North York Moors Railway or the Scarborough miniature railway.

Dalby Forest and Wykeham Lakes are a short car journey away holding many activities for all the family.
