Tregoad Park is set in 55 acres of rolling countryside and features magnificent views of the Looe Island and the sea beyond. The park makes an ideal base for exploring the county of Cornwall. The park is situated well away from the road and can be entered through a barrier-controlled entrance and exit system that the park has added for security. They have a variety of accommodation to choose from including:
TOURING CARAVANS, MOTOR HOMES AND TENTS
Tregoad Park offer 190 large, flat and level terraced pitches. Sixty of these are hard standing. They are great for touring caravans, motor homes and tents. All the pitches have electric hook-ups and most of them are south-facing. Tregoad Park have plenty of water and waste points around the park. Access roads are tarmacked so getting on and off your pitch is easy. They feature modern, clean and free toilet and shower facilities. They also have a commercial style laundrette at the upper block. Their reception building features a well-stocked shop and a visitor information centre, along with an Internet access point and a post box.
CAMPING PODS
The camping market's newest revolution is the camping pod. People often refer to them as wooden tents, which is an accurate description of them. They are totally waterproof and windproof, as well as being insulated to an excellent standard for year-round use. During winter they are heated for guests' comfort. The camping pods are equipped with electric lights and double glazing. Every pod is 3 metres by 3 metres, which translates to 10 feet by 10 feet in size. They are designed to sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children in comfort. Outside in the front of the camping pod, there is a covered porch area that features a bench table and seating, so that you can dine outside.
STATIC HOLIDAY HOMES
Tregoad Park's static holiday homes are modern, extremely clean and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. They come fully equipped with everything guests would expect, plus DVD players, satellite TV boxes, CD Hi-Fi systems and radio alarm clocks.
1, 2, 3 AND 6 BEDROOM FARM COURTYARD HOLIDAY COTTAGES
These courtyard cottages have been constructed in stone, oak and slate. They create a comfortable and pleasant retreat from the worries of everyday life. Each one is fully double glazed and centrally heated for all year round use. Each cottage comes well-equipped with everything guests would expect, including a dishwasher, digital TV, a DVD player and a good amount of crockery and cutlery. The site provides crisp and clean bed linen at the beginning of your stay.
TREGOAD MANORHOUSE
Comprising 7 bedrooms and sleeping up to 18 guests, the Tregoad Manorhouse is Georgian luxury and opulence from a bygone age. It makes an ideal place for a group of friends to celebrate or to hold a large family gathering. It is supplied with everything guests would expect, including digital TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, an AGA cooker, a gas hob and a more traditional oven. Their manorhouse also features plenty of fridge space and a large freezer. You will find a large barbecue with seating for 18 and self-contained gardens and lawns outside of the accommodation.

DIRECTIONS:
From the M5 at Exeter take A38 to Plymouth. At Plymouth follow signs for Tamar Bridge. Follow A38 for approx 6 miles to Trerulefoot roundabout. Take first left onto the A374 to Looe. Go 1 mile and take first right to Hessenford and Looe on A387. At Widegates road bears to left and changes to the B3253. From Widegates continue approx. 1 mile through Nomansland go round a sharp right hand bend and down the hill, Tregoad Park can be found on the left hand side.
