The Yorkshire Hussar Inn & Holiday Caravan Park is a secluded family site that is nestled deep in the heart of lovely Yorkshire. It is set midway between the ancient Cathedral City of Ripon and the Victorian Spa town of Harrogate, which is noted for its wonderful flower gardens and shops.

The park is open from Easter until Ocotber. The caravan site is attractively situated at the rear of the site's 'Olde World' Country Inn in the centre of the village of Markington. The site is sheltered and secluded in a pleasant garden setting.

The Yorkshire Hussar Inn & Holiday Caravan Park is licensed for 75 static caravans with a few tourers and tents on their 6 acres of land. Facilities include 2 toilet blocks with showers, hot and cold water, launderette, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. They also have a small children's play area that includes a paddling pool.

Each of the holiday caravans that is for rent is connected to water, drains and electricity. To the rear of the caravans there is boundary hedge and a large grassed area to the front that has parking for one car.

The newly refurbished Yorkshire Hussar Inn is open all year and serves a great selection of Traditional Ales, Lagers and Wines & Spirits. The Restaurant is open Tuesday to Sunday and has an extensive Menu including Kids Meals and Sunday Lunch.

Nearby attractions include fishing, golf and horse riding.

Harrogate and the surrounding district is one of the loveliest areas of England with its beautiful towns and villages, impressive historic houses, castles, abbeys, lovely countryside and host of natural and man-made attractions.
