Kingfisher Caravan Park
Situated near Stokes Bay in Gosport, Hampshire, Kingfisher Caravan Park is just a short walk away from a beautiful pebble beach with views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.
Kingfisher Caravan Park comprises 14 acres of mainly flat grasslands, river, shrubs, trees, flowers, footpaths, roads and utility buildings in its design. They cater to touring caravans, camping and holiday home hire.
There is an indoor games room on-site for children. Well behaved dogs are welcome if they are kept on a lead.
The site won the Gosport Council Accessibility Award in 1999 for their exceptional disabled facilities. They have also won the David Bellamy Bronze award in 1996 and the Silver award in 1997 for their commitment to preserving and improving the coastal environment for both flora and fauna.
TOURING AND CAMPING
The site features 132 touring pitches. Many of them are hard standings and are easily accessible for water and 16 amp electricity. They have free beautiful pine log shower and toilet facilities. The facilities have their own sheltered washing-up areas with double sinks and drainers for pots and pans. Each cabin has chemical toilet disposal points. Large waste bins are easily accessible for refuse disposals.

Each home stands on its own plot and is connected to water and electricity services, gas is by bottle. The beautiful gardens are maintained by our experienced staff, leaving you free to enjoy your leisure time.
OUT AND ABOUT
Gosport town centre and its ferry terminus is just a few miles away, with ferries running every few minutes into Portsmouth. Other attractions in Gosport include the popular markets held every Tuesday and Saturday. Museums include the Royal Navy Submarine museum, the museum of navel warfare Explosion! and the Hovercraft museum.
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is a great day out. You can visit The Mary Rose, HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, Action Stations, the Royal Navy Museum and take a Harbour Boat Tour.
Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth - Shopping at 65 designer outlets, eating out at 20 cosmopolitan bars & restaurants, entertainment at the 11-screen Warner Village Cinema, bowling at the Bowlplex 26-lane complex or having a laugh at Jongleurs comedy club.
Fort Brockhurst - Designed in the 19th century, this fort was built to protect Portsmouth with its formidable fire power. Largely unaltered, the parade ground, gun ramps and moated keep can all be viewed.
Southsea Castle was built by Henry VIII between 1544 and 1545 to protect Portsmouth against possible French invasion. Its revolutionary design provided for the most efficient use of guns in attack or defence now that artillery dominated warfare.
The New Forest - a remarkable corner of the English countryside set aside as a special place more than nine centuries ago by William the Conqueror. The landscape is unique and traditions exist here that are unchanged since medieval times.
