FOR CHILDREN

Hidden Valley Park has plenty that will keep children occupied for hours. Children can learn to love the simplicity of nature.

Your children can forget about Playstations and Nintendos and instead they can enjoy good, old-fashioned imaginative fun.

The natural world provides so many exciting things to discover on-site throughout the year. Children can see spring bulbs popping out after the cold winter and cute ducklings following their mom all around the park. They can see birds nesting in all sorts of bizarre places. There is an endless list of things that children can enjoy.

There is a play area on the Top Park that has swings, a slide, zip wire, a rope frame, a hiding hut and a climbing frame. On the other side of the park in the Kingfisher Meadow there is another play area on the edge of the woods that has a similar mix of play equipment.

Hidden Valley Park asks that mothers and fathers supervise younger children at all times so that children are safe though they encourage children to enjoy the fresh air and explore the grounds.

Children can enjoy both adventure parks as well as the remaining 27 acres of land. It is the perfect place for children's wild and exciting imaginations to run free.

Steeped in history, Tunnels Beaches makes a fascinating visit for all ages. Hand carved in the 1820's, the four tunnels provide a truly unique experience. Little Comfort Farm Coarse Fishing Lake - 1 mile

Long established, well stocked 1 ½ acre coarse fishing lake in a quiet and beautiful North Devon location. Good numbers of Carp with a substantial number of doubles to 17lb Bream (to 3lb), Roach (to 2lb) & Rudd - all noted for their lovely condition. Ideal for a wide range of anglers from the experienced carp man to family groups & youngsters having their first lesson Fishing lake open from dawn til dusk, March until December. WC on site.
