Parkgate is a small working farm in the Western Lake District, there are a few sheep, cattle and a couple of donkeys. Parkgate Farm Holidays has wonderful views of the Eskdale fells and beyond. The site is located just a few minutes drive from Wasdale and Wastwater which have been voted 'Best View in the British Isles'.

5 STATIC CARAVANS TO LET

Whin Rigg is the largest caravan, having 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite and 2 twins as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge/freezer.  Double opening patio doors lead out onto the decking area looking up towards the fells.

Irton Pike and Latterbarrow each have 2 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite and 1 twin as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.  They have large fridge/freezers in their well equipped kitchens and double opening patio doors leading out onto the private decking areas looking up towards the fells.

Mecklin and Tinkler Craggs each have 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin which share a bathroom.  There is a double sofa bed in the living room for any additional sleeping requirements.  The kitchens are well equipped and there is a spacious living area with stunning Lakeland views.

Harter Cottage

There is also a 3 bedroom cottage which can sleep 6 and is ideal for a family holiday or a break with friends with ample car parking and secluded gardens looking up to Muncaster Fell and Eskdale.

OUT AND ABOUT

• The local area has plenty of activities for those of all ages. There are great walks straight from the farm and an abundance of wildlife to watch. The La'al ratty narrow gauge railway has a station just a half a mile away from the site. The stately Muncaster Castle and Owlery is within walking distance of the park.
