Widemouth Fields Holiday Park is surrounded by glorious countryside and phenomenal views and is only a mile from the golden sands of Widemouth Bay.  Just 5 miles north and you’ll discover the seaside town of Bude – Voted the Best UK Coastal Resort in the UK Travel Awards 2016.

There are lots of pubs, coastal walks and restaurants close by, plus Tintagel and historic places of interest are within easy reach.

There are a variety of great routes for walkers and cyclists. The nearby village of Bude lies at the centre of the most dramatic and scenic stretch of the South West coastal footpath. There are a number of local villages and landmarks to explore. You could also just choose to walk around Bude and relax with a cup of Cornish cream tea. Bude has always been renowned for its ideal, family friendly holidays in safe locations with miles of clean, golden, sandy beaches and great scenery. The local area is full of natural wonders to explore.

Other villages to see are Clovelly and Boscastle. You can even go as far as to visit Dartmore and the Eden Project.

During the main season, you can enjoy fully lifeguarded beaches that are some of the most beautiful in the country. You can try out your surfing or boogie boarding skills. There are a number of surf skills around locally for those who are seriously interested. The site can give you contact deals for these schools, as well as information on a variety of other activities in the area.

You can be as relaxed or as active as you want on your stay. Everyone will find something to do. You can enjoy golfing, fishing, horse riding and other outdoor pursuits.
