Cliff House Holiday Park

Cliff House Holiday Park in Dunwich is nestled between Southwold and Aldeburgh on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. The park encompasses 30 acres in a woodland location. Cliff House Holiday Park adjoins the RSPB Minsmere bird reserve, the National Trust’s Dunwich Heath and the site has direct access to the beach.

The park is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Those who love fresh air and peace and quiet will find the site appealing.

They have a games room for the children. Parents can enjoy a well earned drink while children watch TV or play pool.

Dunwich is located on the Suffolk Heritage Coast between the coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty and Cliff House is surrounded by National Trust Land on three sides with beach with direct access from the Park. Adjacent to the Famous Minsmere Bird reserve our location really does suit those who enjoy country walks, birdwatching, cycling and not forgetting a pint of the local ale.

 

CAMPING AND TOURING
Cliff House Holiday Park in Dunwich has 120 high quality camping and touring caravan pitches that are available by the night. They have seasonal pitches available from March until October.

They have newly renovated toilet and shower blocks that feature hot showers, a washing-up room, a launderette and an Elsan point.

The site’s facilities include a bar and restaurant, a shop, a playground and a family games with a TV, pool table and table football.

They also feature an excellent new bar and restaurant.

They have long term pitches that are available either by the month or for a complete season. They can also store your caravan over the winter period.

 

GLAMPING
The Glamping tents allow holiday makers to utilise the extensive facilities and indulge in home comforts. You can experience the nature, great views, fantastic skies, quiet lanes, and wealth of great produce. Eurotents and Bell Tents are perfect for families, couples, or large gatherings.

 

SELF-CATERING APARTMENTS
There are apartments that you can rent by the week or for a short break in their main house. The apartments are suitable for 2 people to share the space. They are comprised of a large room or rooms with a double bed that has linen provided, an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge area with a colour TV and a bathroom.

 

SELF-CATERING COTTAGES
Cliff House Holiday Park also offer four fully furnished cottages to rent by the week or on a short break:
• Honey House offers accommodation for two people with lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden
• Holly Tree Cottage, which has recently been refurbished in a Mediterranean style, offers accommodation for up to 4 people and has wheelchair access, 2 bedrooms, kitchen/diner, front room and patio area
• Oak Tree Cottage has a lounge, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and garden
• Sycamore Cottage has a lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and garden.
