Lincolnshire Lanes Campsite
Lincolnshire Lanes Campsite is a charming and quirky site which is open all year round and set on a rural, family run farm. The beautiful English countryside surrounds the campsite, which lies a short distance between the historic, Roman City of Lincoln and Market Rasen, a traditional market town.
The relaxing campsite has twenty-three pitches, all with electric hook-up points. Five camping pitches are in a quiet, secluded, child-free zone.
The campground is set out in three adjacent, flat fields. One field is for families, another area is for adults only, and the third is a rally field. The family camp offers a games area with plenty of room. Here families can enjoy ball games, the children’s play area, and a small animal area, which is home to Lincolnshire Lanes’ resident rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens.
The glamping pod, also known as The Ark, is uniquely insulated and is an excellent way to engage with the great outdoors all year round. The cosy wooden hut allows you to enjoy comfort and warmth while camping. The Ark has a decked area, providing the perfect platform to sit back and benefit from the tranquillity of the surroundings. The pod offers more glamour than traditional forms of camping.
The Bell Tents – Tan and Tethera are named after the traditional Lincolnshire sheep-counting rhyme – sleep up to four people each. Both Bell Tents include one double and two single beds to accommodate the whole family. Tan and Tethera, are located at the end of our Rally field. The private cornered off area is home to the two Bell Tents, a fire pit, picnic area kitchen and toilet facilities.
The Romany Caravan delivers an experience like no other. The bow top, 4-berth, wagon sleeps two in a cosy traditional double bed. The caravan offers conventional interior, providing a dining area with a table, which easily converts into the comfortable double bed. Also, a cosy sitting area converts into bunk beds, to sleep, two extra guests. The compact wagon also presents a toilet, hand basin, twin ring cooker, kitchen sink, and wardrobe among other storage facilities.
SELF-CATERING LOB CABINS
Both the Log Cabins offer full gas radiator central heating. They each sleep up to six people. They are made up of a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and children’s bunk bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and a large lounge-diner.
The lounges in each log cabin contain; two sofas, a table and six chairs, a colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, board games and a selection of books. The kitchens include a gas cooker, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Also, the cabins include tea and coffee making facilities, as well as ample cooking utensils and tableware. Washing machines and tumble dryers are located in the main campsites laundry room.
