Ross Park

Those who appreciate the natural beauty of rural surroundings will enjoy a stay at Ross Park. There are spectacular floral displays and high standards for every aspect of the park which is immaculately clean.

Ross Park welcomes touring caravans, motor homes and tents. They cater to families and couples only.

They offer guests a variety of spacious pitches. They have hard standing pitches that all include 16 amp electric hook-up. Most of these also include water hook-up some have a waste water connection. They also offer open plan grass pitches with 16 amp electric hook-up.

For motor homes they have additional water taps, plenty of waste and chemical waste points and a dump point. You can see great views of Dartmoor and the surrounding countryside from the park.

Ross Park’s amenities block is fully tiled and is centrally heated. They have free hot water to all of their showers and sinks. Additionally they have both baby changing and disabled facilities. They also have an additional toilet block and a dish washing room with a large freezer for the convenience of their guests.

During the evening guests can enjoy a nice meal in the site’s New Barn Restaurant. Its menu will please a wide range of tastes. They have a lounge area that is great for relaxing in during the day. There are a variety of books and board games available for guests’ use. The site also has Sunday lunches that are very popular. Those who do not wish to dine can enjoy a quiet drink at the site’s mezzanine bar without anyone having to worrying about driving. They have barbeques and free family entertainment on Sunday evenings during peak season. Everyone is welcome to these events. Their opening times vary during low season.

DIRECTIONS
Ross Park is easily accessible, 3 miles from Newton Abbot, 6 miles from Totnes on the A381.
At Park Hill crossroads and Texaco Filling Station take road sign to Woodland and tourist road sign to Ross Park. Ross Park is situated 150 yards from the A381, fully signed after leaving the main road.
