Low Fell Gate Caravan Park sits in an unrivalled setting in the heart of the Lake District’s most desirable region, the picturesque South Lakes.
On the outskirts of Grange-over-Sands, and with breath-taking views across Morecambe Bay, Low Fell Gate Caravan Park provides a peaceful and tranquil retreat with easy access to Cartmel, Windermere, Kendal and the rest of the Lake District.
Unlike many static caravan parks in the Lake District, Low Fell Gate is not just a base from which to travel to the surrounding countryside â the countryside is right here on your doorstep.
Whether you are camping, staying in a static caravan or travelling in a tourer, you will never be far from the surrounding mature woodland that is packed with wildlife.
A five minute drive will take you to the ancient village of Cartmel, famous for its racecourse and welcoming restaurants, pubs and cafes.
In addition, there are a number of well-known visitor attractions in the area, including Holker Hall & Gardens, Windermere Lake Cruises, Haverthwaite & Lakeside Railway and the Aquarium of the Lakes, as well as fishing, riding and golf all within easy reach.
So, if you wish to enjoy the splendour of the Lakes, the Pennines, the local coastline, stroll through charming nearby towns and villages or simply explore the natural woodland which surrounds the park, Low Fell Gate Caravan Park is the ideal place to stay while you savour this magnificent part of the country.
With 68 spacious, well-maintained pitches designated for privately owned caravan holiday homes, and a range of options to accommodate your needs, Low Fell Gate Caravan Park gives you the freedom to experience the pleasure of holiday home ownership in one of the UK’s most picturesque locations.
If you wish, you can place your own caravan on one of the pitches, either brought from another park or direct from one of our approved caravan dealerships.
Alternatively, you can purchase one of the caravans already on-site. Brand new and pre-owned luxury units are available for sale, all with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. All pitches are fully serviced (with electricity, water, drainage and parking) and incorporate either a patio garden or decking. In all cases, you simply need to pay the annual ground rent for the pitch.
The site is open for use from 1st March to 10th January, providing you with lots of time to savour your new-found holiday home lifestyle.
