St Ives Bay Campers

Teapot is a British-made Dormobile. She was born in 1960 and converted into a campervan by the renowned Martin Walters company in England. We first saw her standing next to a vintage VW camper who was more than a little jealous at the attention she was stealing away from him. We knew then that she would make the perfect camping vehicle for the Cornish Riviera.

Teapot is very reliable and well maintained by our great local mechanics. She has her original kitchenette and pop top which ooze personality and reflect her vintage heritage. She has been adorned with sea charts and antique maps from all around Cornwall and the south coast so you’ll never get lost!

She oozes style and is very easy to drive, with room to sleep two children on the roof bunks and two adults plus a small child on the very generous and comfy full size double bed (no three-quarter width beds here!). She has a modern electrical system to provide off-grid power for electrical devices and lighting for a few days in the wilderness, or hook up at your camp site for power. There is table seating for four comfortably.
