Wooda Farm Holiday Park

Wooda Farm Holiday Park is a family run and owned park that guarantees guests quality facilities and accommodation, as well as friendly customer service. They have a dedicated team that takes great pleasure in making sure that all visitors have a holiday to remember.

The park covers 40 acres of rolling countryside inland and overlooks miles of magnificent coastline from Bude to Trevose Lighthouse. They are located just 1¾ miles from the main sandy surfing beaches of Bude. The picturesque village of Poughill is just a short walk away with its old post office, church and village pub.

You can enjoy a perfect Cornish holiday at Wooda Farm Holiday Park. There are many activities on offer that make it ideal for your entire family. At Wooda Farm there is a variety of colourful flowerbeds, well-kept lawns and peace and quiet. You can truly unwind and enjoy your holiday.

Wooda Farm Holiday Park has a variety of 54 luxury holiday homes that are situated within the park. Each home is set in pretty landscaped gardens and has adjacent parking facilities. A majority of the homes have great sea views over Bude Bay and countryside, and have plenty of space for your children to play safely.

 

TOURING CARAVANS, MOTOR HOMES AND TENTS
Wooda Farm Holiday Park’s pitches are mostly level, closely mown and are very large in size. A majority of the pitches feature electrical hook-up points. They also offer individually screen pitches with drainage and electric and water hook-ups. A few also offer satellite TV points as well. Every pitch is hard standing and most of them have great views.

The park has modern toilet and shower blocks, one of which is heated. Each block has free hot water, showers and hair dryers. There is 1 toilet block that offers facilities for the disabled and another that has a well-equipped children’s bathroom as well as baby changing facilities. You can also hire your own private family bathroom. They also have a covered dishwashing area, 2 coin operated laundries, a pay phone and a post box.

 

CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOMES

There is a variety of luxury caravans to suit every requirement, all of a high standard, some with two bedrooms (sleeping 4/5 people), some with three bedrooms (sleeping up to 6 people), and some pet friendly. All have their own parking facilities, enjoy stunning sea views, and are set in beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of space for young children to play safely.

They are all fully equipped with everything you will need, including cutlery, crockery, ovenware, glassware, microwave and fridge freezer. Beds will be made up for your arrival, so all you will need to bring with you are towels and tea towels. Free WiFi is also available.

 

CARAVAN STORAGE

Wooda Farm Holiday Park offers caravan storage throughout the year. You can choose to leave your touring caravan in storage for either a summer, winter season or both. They also offer the added benefit of undercover storage if so required.

 

OUT AND ABOUT

Boscastle is a National Trust fishing village with a small quay and beautiful walks through the Valency Valley and St Nectan’s Glen. It has several pubs; The Napoleon Inn and The Cobweb both serve lovely food and a delicious roast on a Sunday. (15 miles – 20 minutes)

Tintagel is one of the best known places in Cornwall, the birthplace of St. Arthur. The dramatic castle ruins sit high above the sea with wonderful views over the coastline. (18 miles – 25 minutes)

Port Isaac is a lovely 14th Century fishing village. Its narrow, winding streets are lined with old white-washed cottages creating a picturesque atmosphere. This unspoilt village was recently the setting for the television series Doc Martin. (26 miles – 40 minutes)

Clovelly is a privately owned village. The steep cobbled streets tumble down towards the harbour where fishing trips take place throughout the year. Pedestrians are able to walk down ‘Hobby Dive’ which meanders through beautiful woods, with beautiful views of the sea, coastline, village and harbour. There is a charge to enter the village. (15 miles – 25 minutes)

Rock is a small village situated on the edge of the Camel estuary. It has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a cafe and a pub. A passenger ferry runs between Rock and Padstow in the summer months. (35 miles – 50 minutes)

Padstow is a fine example of a Cornish fishing port. Around the harbour, there are many craft, gift and clothes shops, artists’ studios and a homemade fudge shop, along with the pubs and restaurants serving good food and ‘real ale’. Padstow is also home to the famous ‘Seafood Restaurant’ run by Rick Stein. Wadebridge is a bustling little town. It has a lovely variety of individual shops ideal for browsing, along with many cafes and restaurants. (36 miles – 50 minutes)

Wadebridge is the start of the Camel Trail to Padstow or Bodmin, with Bridge Bike Hire providing an ideal place to hire bikes. (28 miles – 40 minutes)

Hartland is a quaint little village with a beautiful quay. It is home to 18th Century Hartland Abbey which is well worth a visit. (16 miles – 25 minutes)
