Located near the magnificent North Cornish coast, Chiverton Caravan and Touring Park is just a short drive from many golden sandy beaches and coves that provide great surfing and body boarding. The site is a great base for visiting all of the attractions of Cornwall.
Nearby attractions include the Eden Project, which is 25 miles away, and Lands End, which is 30 miles away. Chiverton Caravan and Touring Park is within easy reach of the new heritage trails, which are Coast to Coast, Great Flat Lode and Tresavean. You can enjoy these trails either by walking, cycling or by horse riding. Along the way you will see some of the world's best preserved historic mining landscapes.
It is a family and couple oriented site. They offer guests a very high standard of accommodation and quiet surroundings. Chiverton Park is personally supervised by Andy and Melanie Dunkley, who strive to make every guest's holiday as enjoyable and carefree as possible.
TOURING AND CAMPING
Chiverton Caravan and Touring Park welcomes tents, touring caravans and motor caravans. They have all weather pitches that can accommodate both a tent or caravan and a vehicle. Each pitch features 16 amp electric hook-up points, a 10 channel TV feed, a water supply and grey waste disposal. They also have a chemical toilet disposal point.
The site is level and sheltered. Facilities include a new toilet block that features family bathrooms, disabled WC, a washing up area and a laundry room. The block is kept at a comfortable temperature with under-floor heating. It also features hot air hand dryers, shaver points and a hair dryer. Everything is included in the price except for the laundry machines, which cost extra to use.
How about relaxing in our Sauna or Steam room after a busy day exploring or for the more energetic there is a gym with a wide range of equipment - strictly over 18's only.

Cornwall has many beautiful open gardens eg Trebah, Trewithen or how about a day out at the Lost Gardens of Heligan all within a short distance of Chiverton Park.
If you are lucky enough you may get to see Seals, Dolphins or even basking Sharks along the local coastline. Dolphins were seen happily playing at St Agnes Head last year and the Seals and their pups are regular visitors at Godrevy near Hayle .
How about a tipple at Healey's, the local Cornish Cider Farm.

Travel along the A30 through Cornwall following the signs for Redruth. Approximately five miles east of Redruth is a large roundabout (Chiverton Cross). Take the B3277 road to St. Agnes and in approximately 600 yards turn first left. Chiverton Park, where a warm welcome awaits you, is 300 yards on, on the left.
