Westerly Lake Fishing and Caravan Park

Westerly Lake Fishing and Caravan Park is located on the edge of the popular village of Wheldrake. It is a family-run caravan park that acts as a peaceful haven of parkland. The park is dedicated to coarse fishing, caravanning and camping with a copse providing a shelterbelt and featuring electric hook-ups to all pitches.

The site features a 1½ acre lake that provides breathtaking views throughout the seasons. Because of the deep water of the water Westerly Lake Fishing and Caravan Park is unable to allow children under the age of 16 on the caravan park.

The park is located just a 2 minute walk away from a general store and is just a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Wheldrake village which has a supermarket, post office and a village pub.

The village of Wheldrake is near the River Derwent and the Ings nature reserve. The Yorkshire Air Museum is located 3 miles away from the site.

Westerly Lake Fishing and Caravan Park has good access to the main roads lead to the attractions of the historic City of York which is about 7 miles away. The site opens 1st March and closes 31st October every day.
