Wilksworth Farm is situated in an historic setting. The house a Grade 2* listed building, was once owned by Henry VIII and is listed in the Doomsday Book. Today the site still enjoys the tranquility of this beautiful part of Dorset.

The touring and camping areas are very attractively laid out, with every modern convenience. All the pitches have electric hook up and for that extra touch of luxury we also offer some full-service pitches with mains, drainage and water hook-ups.

The toilet block has recently been extended and completely refurbished to a very high standard and features a new family bathroom, disabled shower room, free showers, electric shaver points and hair driers. It also has under floor heating throughout. There is also a newly furbished launderette and washing up area.

The Olde Cart Shed serves everything from full English breakfast, lunches, Dorset clotted cream teas to evening meals and a take away service and occasionally hosts live music events. We are not licensed but feel free to bring along your own bottle of wine!!

For recreation there is plenty on offer at Wilksworth, these include; a newly renovated fully heated swimming pool together with a childrens paddling pool, a full sized and short tennis court, a large childrens play area, a barbecue and activities area, a dog walk and exercise paddock and a games room!

If you are not looking for bars and a noisy nightlife then Wilksworth is for you. It has a special charm and magic all of its own. Our regulars that come back year after year tell us that coming to Wilksworth feels like coming home. DIRECTIONS:
Wimborne Minster is on the A31. From the west it joins the A35 at Bere Regis, and from the east it is a continuation of the M27. The B3078 to Cranborne runs north from Wimborne town centre. Wilksworth is clearly marked on the left travelling north.
