Welcome Family is a first class holiday park, located in the sunny Dawlish Warren seaside resort in Devon, England. With beautiful beaches at our doorstep and a wide range of entertainment and activities available, it is an ideal location for a fun packed family holiday.

Welcome Family has a great choice of self-catering holiday accommodation in Devon to suit all sizes of family and budget. We really do have accommodation for everyone!

The Casita, Casamigo and Casafina Lodges are our flagship accommodation, designed in a Spanish style exclusively for Welcome Family. These self-catering lodges sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms

Our self catering bungalows embrace the style and quality standards of the lodges at a more affordable price. The bungalows sleep 6 to 9 people in two or three bedrooms with a convertible sofabed for 2 people in the lounge.

Welcome Family also has a variety of static caravans to choose from. These range from luxury 3 bedroom to cosy 2 bedroom models that sleep between 8 and 6 people, with a sofabed in the caravan lounges.

For an additional fee, we can tailor your choice to suit you - perhaps you’d like to stay at a particular location on the park next to friends. You can also bring along a pet to selected accommodation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
For a nominal charge we can tailor your choice of accommodation to suit you - perhaps a particular location on the park, or grouping you alongside your friends. And you can bring your dog for an additional charge in selected accommodation (one dog per holiday home please).

Nearby is the town of Dawlish, which offers a relaxing atmosphere in Georgian and Victorian architecture. Shopping, restaurants, pubs and sightseeing make this a place not to miss on your holiday with us.

Dartmoor National Park covers a great deal of Devon and is one of the best reasons to visit the West Country. It contains some of the most unspoilt moorlands in the UK and is one of the most diverse attractions in the area – walking, horse riding, fishing, golf and water sports are just some of the things available!

There are also numerous breathtaking beaches in Devon which are just a short drive away from Welcome. Sand and shingle beaches, rock pools, dolphins – the beaches in Devon have it all! Local beaches of note include Branscombe Beach, Coryton Cove, Shaldon and of course, Dawlish.
