Wareham Forest Tourist Park is a family run park set in 43 acres of delightful woodlands with open grassy spaces and direct access to 14 sq miles of Wareham Forest.

The park has been developed and maintained to a high standard by the resident proprietors Tony & Sarah Birch who place a high emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene.

It is an idel base to explore the delights of Dorset. Castles, coves, quaint villages and spectacular countryside with miles of golden sandy beaches await you. Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Swanage and the Purbeck hills are just a short journey away.

The site is open all year, although some services are restricted during mid & low season. There are 200 tourer pitches with electric hook-up of which 150 are on hard standing. Eight superior pitches, each have individual water tap and drainage; television aerial hook-up, electric hook-up & night light. During high season the reception is open from 8.30am to 8pm and the Park gates secured from 11pm to 7am. However there is a designated late arrival area on the forecourt.

Our touring pitches throughout our 43 acre woodland site offer guests the opportunity to cohabit with wildlife, woodland and heathland habitats found within the park and surrounding forest.

Our touring pitches are hard standing and grass, offering electric hook-up and are conveniently located for use of the free toilet and shower facilities. Our selection of Luxury Superior Pitches each have their own tap and waste water point, drain, television aerial point and refuge collection point.

Our guests have access to laundry rooms, dish washing facilities and we can offer a Calor gas exchange service and wireless internet access.

We pride ourselves on our touring pitches and we regularly take steps to improve them so that they remain of the highest standard.

There are an host of things to do in and around Wareham Forest Tourist Park. There is just so much to do and see in this area that we find a lot of our customers need to come back because they haven't had enough time to do everything.
