The Ullswater Caravan, Camping and Marine Park is licensed for over 100 caravans (about 50:50 statics and tourers including some “super pitches” with drainage, water and electricity supply) and just over 100 tents (a few pitches with electrical hook ups), all spread over 12 acres. The Park also includes eight self-catering cottages, based in the converted farmhouse, barn and bungalow.

CAMPING AND TOURING
Touring caravans and tent campers are welcome and the Park is not only an ideal base for exploring the Lake District and Cumbria but also a great location for a relaxing break in journeys to or from Scotland.

Our rural setting gives plenty of space (including parking alongside pitches) as well as woodland shelter and screening.

The facilities available to visitors include:
• Hot water (at no extra cost but as available)
• Wash basins with multi-shaver points
• Flush toilets
• Free showers
• Coin-operated laundry

We have space for over 150 tents and tourers but it is always advisable to book ahead as we are often fully booked during peak holiday seasons.

CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOMES FOR HIRE
Our modern 6-berth static caravans are spacious and offer comfortable family accommodation with all the facilities and equipment that you would expect from your holiday home.

• Mains electricity, gas and water
• Fully equipped kitchen and shower room
• Flush WC in the shower room
• Visitors use their own towels & bed linen – quilts/pillows supplied
• Coin operated laundry available on site

There is plenty of space around each unit, emphasising the spacious and open country feel of the Park and enabling visitors to keep a car alongside.

Static caravans are available just from Saturday to Saturday, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday all season.

While many of our caravans are available for holiday letting, we also have a selection of new and second-hand caravans available for sale.

DIRECTIONS
From the M6 Junction 40 (A66), turn west for Keswick then take A592 to Ullswater. Reach lakeside road after 5 miles, turn right. Two miles later, turn right by telephone box, signposted Watermillock Church and brown camping sign. Our site is half a mile up the road on the right.
