Ty'n Rhos Caravan and Camping Park is located close to the lovely unspoilt beach at Lligwy, which is just around the headland from the pretty fishing village of Moelfre.

There are lots of excellent walks in the area, and Lligwy is on the Anglesey Heritage Coastal Path.

Ty'n Rhos is a quiet family site, and has electric hook-ups, and a launderette with washing up facilities. There is a BRAND NEW Toilet and Shower block for 2010.

Shops, a pub and cafes can be found in Moelfre village, 2 miles away.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
* Moelfre is a lovely old fishing village, famous for it's lifeboat and stunning coastal walks. Dolphins can often be seen from the pretty harbour.

* Benllech is a popular holiday village with a wide, sandy beach and is just around the headland from Red Wharf Bay. Local amenities include convenience stores, gift shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.

* Lligwy beach is one of the treasures of the island and remains unspoiled, with just a shop for basic needs, adequate parking and a wonderful sandy beach.

* Snowdonia and the castles of Caernarfon, Penrhyn and Beaumaris are not far away, and a day trip to Dublin (by ferry from Holyhead) is also a popular option.

Other local facilities include golf courses, lake and sea fishing, watersports, swimming, tennis and green bowling.

DIRECTIONS
Approach Anglesey along the A55, crossing the Menai Straits over the Britannia Bridge.

Take the second slip road after the bridge, which is immediately after a bend, and is signposted A5025 Benllech and Amlwch.

Turn right at the top of the sliproad, and follow the A5025 for 10 miles until you reach the village of Benllech.

Travel through the village and you will see our main site office on the left hand side (Bodafon Caravan Park - blue and white sign)where you register with us for Ty'n Rhos.

Directions to Ty'n Rhos will be given from there.
