Twelve Oaks Farm, a working farm of nearly 250 acres bordered by the River Teign and on the
edge of the village of Teigngrace. We have both caravan park and holiday cottage facilities for you to enjoy.

Set in quiet rural surroundings there is no main road outside the site, leaving you to enjoy a peaceful sleep and reassuring you of road safety for the children.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are owner managed and previous visitors have commented on the friendly personal service they receive.
At Twelve Oaks our touring park is open all year. We have all weather hard standings, also hard grass for the summer months.

We have electric and T.V. hook up to most of the park. We have a laundry, small shop, calorgas on-site and also a selection of our own meat and fresh farm eggs.

SELF-CATERING COTTAGES
Acorns is the first of the semi-detached self-catering cottages and has a comfortable furnished open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas, the kitchen is well equipped with New England pine units.

Soft furnishings and muted pastel shades make this a very relaxing cottage. Upstairs both bedrooms have the luxury of a bathroom each - a rare treat in a property of this size.

BED AND BREAKFAST
At Twelve Oaks we offer B+B. We have one double room with T.V., tea and coffee making facilities, with en-suite shower and bathroom fitted to a high standard.

We also offer a light breakfast of cereal with eggs fresh from the farm.

FISHING
Twelve Oaks provide 2 well stocked lakes for your coarse fishing enjoyment

CARAVAN STORAGE
We provide on site storage for your caravan, so you can leave your van with us, allowing you to enjoy your free time with no worries of hitching up, towing to site and driving home.
Simply give us a call and we will place your caravan on your pitch ready for your arrival!

We have a secure compound locked at all times, CCTV and a height bar at night. We do have terms and conditions, and storage is charged on a six monthly basis for single and twin axle vans.
