Trevalgan Touring Park near St Ives, Cornwall has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, set as it is between granite hills covered in heather and yellow flowering gorse bushes and the dramatic coastline. It is a true rural touring park but is just two miles from St. Ives town centre and beaches.
Trevalgan's touring and camping facilities have been carefully thought out to compliment the park and its setting. We offer some of the best campsite facilities in Cornwall. Our aim has been to combine the best of a rural camping venue with facilities that make life as easy and as comfortable as possible for our guests. Camping in St Ives has never been more fun!
Our reception and shop holds a good selection for most of your daily needs, including some toys and gifts. We have lots of space for games, cricket, rounders or kite flying and even goal posts for soccer. For our younger visitors, Trevalgan Touring Park offers a play area, games room and TV room to occupy and entertain.
The toilet and shower block is clean and well maintained. Use of these facilities is free (no extra charges for a hot shower!). We also offer a baby bathroom, a dishwashing room and a launderette with a view to taking as much effort out of your camping holiday in St Ives as possible. This holistic approach to the care of our guests has won the park a four star rating with the Tourist Board, whilst our efforts to protect the environment in which the park is set have won us a David Bellamy Conservation Award.
Generous entertainment facilities can be found on the Park and include a TV room and a games room. With these facilities, and our friendly staff, Trevalgan is an excellent choice for a touring or camping holiday in St. Ives. Parties of all ages will enjoy this beautiful setting and the choice of beaches, walks and attractions that will ensure that each day of your visit holds something new and exciting.
There are walks from the park to St. Ives or Zennor and beyond which you can enjoy the spectacular views and abundance of flowers and wildlife, including a huge variety of birds. Seals, dolphins and even porpoises can sometimes be seen from the cliff tops.
West Cornwall has a great deal to offer all ages. The beautiful coastline will appeal to both young and old. Cornwall is well renowned for its surfing beaches, and is host to international surfing competitions and other water sports throughout the year.
The mild climate makes Cornwall's gardens and hedgerows a particular attraction, blossoming with beautiful and exotic plants long before the "up country" gardens have come to life. St. Ives is a place that offers you so much more than the average resort. Wildlife abounds all around West Cornwall, you can often see badgers, rabbits, foxes and a great variety of different birds.

DIRECTIONS: Exit the A30 at Hayle bypass roundabout follow the HR yellow signs(B3306) for St. Ives. Turn left at a second mini roundabout. Proceed for two and a half miles (via Halsetown); at junction with B3306 turn left for half a mile where you will see our site sign. Turn right.
