Bring your friends and family to a warm and friendly site set in 3 acres of lawned, sub-tropically planted grounds.

Our tranquil site, which includes an early 19th-century farm house, is surrounded by fields and woodland in the peace and quiet of a secluded sunny valley. We are ideally situated for both the North and South coasts, being only a few miles from the beautiful beaches of Praa Sands, Prussia Cove, Perranuthnoe, Marazion, Lamorna, and the delightful town of St. Ives.

The local village offers a general store, a post office and two pubs, and there are two large supermarkets situated between Marazion and Penzance. Tents, Caravans, Campervans are all welcome.

We are a small site and avoid overcrowding, giving everyone plenty of room to pitch their tents and ample space for recreation. We also offer for hire two modern 30' 6-berth caravans. Each individually sited with their own large grassed area, patio set and washing line.

Each self catering unit is connected to mains electricity. Gas and water, which is included in total price. All units are checked and cleaned after vacation. Our holiday caravans are kept to the up-most cleanliness and are well maintained. We therefore request non-smokers only please and do not allow pets in these units. We also state no more than four adults per caravan unless otherwise arranged. Site owned for 29 years by Val & Phil Luxford.
