Tregoad Park is situated well away from the road and is entered via a barrier control entrance and exit system for added security. We offer a range of accommodation including:

TOURING CARAVANS, MOTORHOMES AND TENTS
We have 190 large flat & level terraced pitches of which 60 are hardstanding ideal for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. Most are southerly facing and all pitches have electric hook-up. There are an ample number of water and waste points around the park and access roads are tarmac so getting on and off your pitch is easy. The toilet and shower facilities are modern, clean and free of charge and there is a commercial style launderette at the upper block. The reception building contains a well stocked shop and visitor information centre together with internet access point and post box.

CAMPING PODS
are the newest revolution to hit the camping market. They are often referred to as wooden tents because in reality that is exactly what they are! As well as being totally waterproof and windproof they are also insulated to a high standard so can be used all year round. In winter they are even heated for that added splash of comfort. What’s more they come equipped with electric lights and double glazing. Each pod is 3m by 3m (10ft by 10ft) in size and is designed to sleep up to two adults and two children in comfort. There is a space out front where you can sit under a covered porch area and in front of that is a bench table and seating giving plenty of room for all your catering and dining requirements.

STATIC HOLIDAY HOMES
Our static holiday homes at Tregoad Park are modern, immaculately clean and offer comfortable accommodation for up to six people. All are fully equipped with everything you would expect and some items you may not like DVD players and satellite TV boxes, CD Hi Fi systems and radio alarm clocks.

1,2,3 AND 6 BEDROOM FARM COURTYARD HOLIDAY COTTAGES
Constructed in Stone, Oak and Slate our courtyard cottages offer a comfortable and pleasant retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Fully double glazed and centrally heated they can be used all year round. They also come well equipped with everything you would expect including a dish washer, Digital TV, DVD player and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Crisp, clean bed linen is provided at the start of your stay

TREGOAD MANORHOUSE
is Georgian luxury and opulence from a bygone age. Comprising 7 bedrooms and able to sleep up to 18 guests Tregoad Manor is the ideal place for a group of friends to celebrate or a large family gathering. The manorhouse is supplied with all you would expect including Digital TV’s, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and even an AGA cooker as well as a gas hob and more traditional oven. There is also plenty of fridge space and a large freezer. Outside the Manorhouse boasts a barbeque with seating for 18 and self contained gardens and lawns.

DIRECTIONS:
From the M5 at Exeter take A38 to Plymouth. At Plymouth follow signs for Tamar Bridge. Follow A38 for approx 6 miles to Trerulefoot roundabout. Take first left onto the A374 to Looe. Go 1 mile and take first right to Hessenford and Looe on A387. At Widegates road bears to left and changes to the B3253. From Widegates continue approx. 1 mile through Nomansland go round a sharp right hand bend and down the hill, Tregoad Park can be found on the left hand side.
