Torrent Walk Campsite is on a large, sheltered, level field adjacent to the main buildings. The field is surrounded by farmland and woodland on all sides and offers peace and tranquility.

There are many walks surrounding Dolgun Uchaf, one of the most famous is the Torrent walk which is only 500 meters away from the site. Recently the area has become a Mecca for Mountain Biking and we are happy to offer secure storage for bicycles and drying facilities if required.

There is a new toilet block with facilities for disabled etc, hair dryers, washing machines, drying facilities and fridge. There are power washers for cleaning bikes and equipment.

We welcome Touring Caravans, Trailer Tents, Motorhomes and Tents to our campsite. Many of the pitches have electric hook-up.

The town of Dolgellau is only one and a half miles away and has a full range of shops. There is also a shop and cafe within a pleasant 5 minute walk.

We also offer Bed & Breakfast at our Guest House and a range of self-catering accommodation plus new Bunk House accommodation.

ideally situated to explore all that Snowdonia National Park has to offer and you can enjoy many activities such as Hill Walking, Pony Trekking, Golfing, Fishing, Mountain Biking at the World famous Coed-y-Brenin, or the striking Mawddach Trail.

Maybe you'd prefer a more relaxing day of sight seeing around the Historic Market Town of Dolgellau and visiting local attractions such as the Tal y llyn Railway or Snowdonia Castles, there are many of them Dotted around Snowdonia National Park. Mighty Medieval Castles and revealing industrial remains.

Against this background, a rich culture and heritage has evolved which is very much alive and thriving today.
