Small basic camping and caravanning site nestling in the hills of the Cheshire-Derbyshire boundary. Ideal base for walkers, ramblers and cyclists to explore the mile after mile of rolling landscapes and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

The site is located behind the Wild Boar Inn which offers good beer, good company and good food!

The camping field itself occupies a raised position and offers panoramic views across the surrounding countryside. The field is bordered by secure fencing beyond which is lush meadow farm land.

Tents and caravans can be pitched informally around the edge of the camping area, leaving the centre free for recreational pursuits.

The onsite toilet block comprises two private shower rooms, one single and one family size, a female communal washroom comprising 3 toilet cubicles, wash basins, mirrors, and hand dryers and a male washroom comprising single toilet and wash basin.

Other facilities include a water point, vegetable preparation/dishwashing area , motor van waste discharge point and picnic benches. A fridge/freezer service is available at the pub bar for perishable food and cool packs.
