The Shannon Caravan & Camping Park is set in open countryside. It is a well-equipped site with a modern toilet block and good facilities throughout.

We have a 7 acre flat field dedicated to campers which is also available for rallies.

Static caravans are available for long term rents.

We also have storage facilities, information on request.

We are situated 0.5m from Ollerton and on the edge of the village of Wellow and in the middle of Robin Hood country. Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre with the Major Oak, Rufford Park, Clumber Park, Nerwstead Abbey home of Lord Byron, Thoresby Market every Sunday with 1,000's of bargains. Newark, Nottingham and Southwell with its minster and historical pubs are all within easy reach.

DIRECTIONS: From the A1, take the A614 signposted Nottingham. At Ollerton roundabout turn onto the A616 signposted Ollerton. At the next roundabout turn right on the A616 signposted Newark. The site is 1 mile on the left.
