We believe we've created and developed a caravan park that is unique, and affords an unrivalled level of comfort, peace and tranquillity in the area, we have operated for over 5 years and have in that time won awards for our well maintained park.

The uniqueness is in the fact that our Park is designed to cater exclusively for Adults Only Seasonal Pitches, ensuring that the peace and tranquillity elements of our creation are protected as much as possible.

Our seasonal pitch offer is a compelling one, and any member of our staff will be happy to discuss the many features, advantages and benefits that ownership of an annual seasonal pitch can offer.

We operate from March 1st until January 15th and have two lengths of season available.

All pitches are level grass pitches that are well kept throughout the season, they are of good size with plenty of space for your car, caravan, awning and room still to sit out and enjoy the Suffolk sunshine. Once purchased, the pitch then becomes yours and yours alone for the forthcoming season with the opportunity to purchase your same pitch at the end of each season for the following season. All our seasonal pitches have 16 amp electric connection.

If you would like to experience just what The Oaks Caravan Park has to offer but do not wish to commit yourself to a seasonal pitch just yet, then why not hire one of touring caravans and see for yourself the peace and tranquility that come as standard at our park, with hire of our fully equipped touring caravans starting at just £275 for a weeks break including pitch fee, electric and full use of our parks facility, it really is a value for money holiday, please call before booking to check availability.

Upon arrival, your holiday caravan will be fully set up with everything you need, we have the fridge chilled and ready for use, fresh water filled up and a full explanation of how everything works will be given, all you need to do is to bring your bedding and toiletries, your caravan will be fully equipped with all cooking utensils, TV, dinner set, cutlery and complementary tea and coffee.
