The Kaims Country Park is situated in the beautiful county of Northumberland and is based on land surrounding a working Farm, just inland from Bamburgh on the Northumberland heritage coast.

Located near Bamburgh and Alnwick, The Kaims' caravan park is an ideal base from which to explore our region. With pitches and facilities for static caravans, the park is a stone's throw from the picturesque Northumberland coastline with its long golden sandy beaches and rugged rocky outcrops, not to mention its rich history boasting many castles and historic sites - Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle and Garden and Lindisfarne to name a few.

We have a select number of carefully chosen static caravans available for hire, long term lets, and to purchase. The peaceful, secluded location of our caravan park near Northumberland's heritage coast and national park make it the perfect home away from home.

We are open each year from the 9th March to the 9th January, our site fees are £1,410 per season.

On park we have a shop, play area, 24 hour warden, laundrette, family room and acess to WI-FI if needed.

Each caravan has main electric which is metered, bottled gas, mains water and sewage. A visit to the park is always best to see it first hand , if you are happy once you have payed us visit, then its all about finding you a caravan you like within the budget you want to spend.

Our caravans range in price from £9,995 to over £30,000 and include all fees, sited, connected, steps, gas bottles, TV aeriel etc.

When this is sorted then the next step is to find you the location on park that is right for you. All our bases are concrete and have the ugraded power supply. our caravans prices have no hidden extras , so come with all this seasons fees, sited, gas bottles etc.

We supply both new and pre owned caravans form all the main manufacturers, and have open weekens throught May.

WE HAVE NO AGE RESTRICTIONS AND DO NOT MAKE YOU CHANGE YOUR CARAVAN ONCE IT BECOMES 10 YEARS OR OLDER, giving you total piece of mind.
