Located off the A171 (Whitby to Scarborough road) and just 50 miles from York we have good road access to all the major attractions in The North Yorkshire National Park. With a regular bus service outside our door going to Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby and Scarborough, or bring your bikes and use the disused railway that joins them close by.

Our luxury holiday homes offer everything you would expect. Spacious lounge and dining area with colour TV, Free view Satellite and DVD player. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with hot and cold water, fridge- freezer, full cooker and microwave. Shower room and toilet. Two bedrooms, one with double bed with en-suite and the other with twin beds. All holiday homes have full central heating and also double glazing. No extra charges for gas or electricity used. Sorry no dogs!

Large play park with plenty of space for ball games to enable the kids to use up some of that holiday energy. All robust and completely safe to keep youngsters occupied and happy for hours. A laundry room, open every day, is provided and equipped with two washers, 2 dryers and ironing facilities.
